As a data subject within the meaning of Article 6(1)(a) and Article 7(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, I give my consent to Pelias, s.r.o., with registered office at Žltá 16/F, 851 07  Bratislava, Slovak Republic, ID No.: 53 375 599, registered in the Commercial Register of the City Court of Bratislava III, section: Sro, vl. no. 156154/B (hereinafter also referred to as the “controller”), for the processing of my personal data provided in the registration, the response to the job offer and in the CV and its attachments for the purpose of inclusion, management and storage in the internal database of job seekers maintained by the controller and the selection of a suitable candidate for the partner/advertising company, as well as for the provision of my personal data to the partner/advertising company and to the persons involved in the performance of the contract between the data subject and the controller. The period of validity of the consent is 3 years from the date of receipt of the personal data from the data subject. The processing of personal data does not involve the cross-border transfer of personal data to third countries. The data subject may withdraw the consent at any time by writing to the controller or in person directly at the controller’s registered office or electronically to the controller’s contact e-mail.
